I have this friend who is really healthy. Most of the time I listen to whatever diet or plan she is doing but I have no wish to do it too. Some were to get things moving and others were to replenish your body. One was even to get rid of parasites, which kind of grossed me out. All of them said to take with at least eight ounces of water.
So I started taking these pills and chugging all this water. My friend had told me not to start if I was absolutely committed to finishing, because she said stirring up a bunch of waste then not getting it out was worse than not stirring it up to begin with. So even when I didn’t want to, I kept doing the colon cleanse.
At the end of doing the best colon cleansing kit, I was surprised at how good I felt. I had a lot of energy and I had eliminated a lot of things that I wouldn’t have thought were inside me. And best of all, I did lose weight!
